Eliminación de cuenta y datos — Swing Dream Factory
Esta página se refiere a la aplicación Swing Dream Factory (Google Play y App Store), operada por SWING DREAM FACTORY - SOCIETA' SPORTIVA DILETTANTISTICA A RESPONSABILITA' LIMITATA sobre la plataforma SwingOffice.
Eliminar tu cuenta desde la aplicación
- Inicia sesión en la app Swing Dream Factory.
- Abre el menú lateral y entra en «Perfil».
- Al final de la pantalla, pulsa «Eliminar cuenta» y confirma.
El acceso se revoca de inmediato y la cuenta queda eliminada.
Solicitar la eliminación sin la aplicación
Escribe a swingdreamfactory@gmail.com desde la dirección de correo con la que te registraste, indicando «Solicitud de eliminación de cuenta — Swing Dream Factory». Atenderemos la solicitud en un plazo máximo de 30 días.
Qué datos se eliminan y cuáles se conservan
- Se eliminan: la cuenta de acceso (incluida la credencial de inicio de sesión), el perfil de alumno visible en la app y los identificadores de notificaciones push.
- Se conservan temporalmente: los datos de facturación y asistencia que la normativa fiscal y contable obliga a retener, durante los plazos legales aplicables. Dejan de estar asociados a ninguna cuenta de acceso.

Delete your account from the app
- Sign in to the Swing Dream Factory app.
- Open the side menu and go to “Profile”.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email swingdreamfactory@gmail.com from the address you registered with, stating “Account deletion request — Swing Dream Factory”. Requests are handled within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your login account (including the sign-in credential), the student profile visible in the app and push notification identifiers.
- Kept temporarily: billing and attendance records that tax and accounting law require us to retain, for the legally applicable periods, no longer linked to any login account.
